You may view the lists in two ways:

We strive to keep the property list files on our site updated on a weekly basis. See details below describing our process for keeping our inventory current.
You may fax us your request for more information on individual properties to 303-333-9006, or email your request to 1400@1400group.com. Please limit your requests to what you absolutely need. We expect that you and/or your clients should be able to make your main selection from the spreadsheet lists and narrow your need for detailed property summary setup sheets to less than ten - preferably five - properties. Make sure to refer to properties by number. Our numbers are located along the left side of the spreadsheet. Also make sure to send us your full contact information with your request - full name, company name, mailing address, phone, fax and email. Also, let us know about your role in the business. Are you a Broker, Principal, Developer or other player?
Deals below are listed by property type. Retail and Drug Store categories are further broken down by price and geography, respectively, to limit file size.

The column with page numbers represents the approximate number of printed pages taken up by the spreadsheet for the corresponding price range, in its Adobe Acrobat form. Breakdowns by price are subdivided into: 1) Full U.S., 2) East of the Mississippi only, or 3) West of the Mississippi only.

1400 GROUP "lists" more net leased properties than any organization of which we are aware - but because of the volume of properties we handle, and being licensed only in Colorado, we cannot accept actual
Exclusive Right-to-Sell listings. The properties we show you are either presented to us by the Developers or Sellers, or by other Brokers. We, however, have no agency obligations to anyone until we enter into a negotiation for purchase or sale of these properties in a brokerage
capacity - and then we only act as "Transaction Brokers" - owing
agency to neither party, just "fair dealing" to both (Colorado Real
Estate Commission provisions).
Some of these properties have been on our list for some time. We attempt to very availability every 45 days, but sometimes the properties may have gone under letter of intent - or may have been sold without notice to us. When you have real interest and are ready to write a letter of intent, let us know and we will verify current availability.
If you don't find what you want here, please contact us again - we suggest every two weeks, since we are constantly getting new deals.
